Hi Lauren - thanks for sharing this with us. Fascinating and moving, all in one! I love the ice melting analogy. A couple of thoughts, even though haven't had any past life memories myself. To your point, "For reasons beyond my comprehension, some souls melt away very slowly indeed." Tom Campbell says exactly the same thing :-) Additionally, the book "Conversations with Spirit, the Truth about Death and Reincarnation" by Robert and Bronwen Skye has some very interesting information on the (possible) mechanics of Souls and reincarnation. I add in the word possible because I genuinely don't think that we, in our current states, can ever really comprehend the truth of how it all works. Anyway, I do hope to get to meet you and Corbin in this life, and not have to wait for either the "after life" or even a next life! With all best wishes.

When I lived in Maui about 6 years ago I went to a person who did a past life regression on me through guided meditation. During the regression I experienced losing someone dear to me (I believe my husband in that lifetime) when we were living on an island. He left on a vessel and never returned, lost at sea. After the regression was over I cried and cried, it seemed so real. I was worried I would have to repeat the experience with someone else in this lifetime. Two years ago my son, Michael, moved to Tinos Island, Greece. He had to get there by boat. And he lost his life on Tinos. It was a sudden loss as in the other lifetime, and I never saw him again (in the physical anyway). And then I remembered the regression and thought about the similarities of the experience I had in the regression and now in this lifetime. Thanks, Lauren, you always amaze me with your wise nature and ability to connect so deeply to your experiences.

I really love the way you describe this. Makes total sense to me and will make it easier for me to explain to others in a way they will understand too. Thank you Lauren x
