This week, The Art & Science of Mediumship turns one year old.
Substack emailed me yesterday to congratulate me, coincidentally, on passing 1000 readers.
1000 readers. I couldn’t believe it!
I want to take this moment to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to you, dear reader, for opening my articles and regularly taking time out of doing laundry, answering emails, and sitting in meditation, to read what I have to say. I have always loved writing, philosophy, and of course, mediumship. So to know that my words and ideas are reaching you (and hopefully helping you!) is so special to me. Thank you.
I have some wonderful things planned for us as we move into year two.
On Thursday this week, I will be interviewing Jeffrey Mishlove PhD - winner of the BICS essay prize.
I will also be interviewing other huge names in the fields of parapsychology, and consciousness research, and in the mediumship community. These interviews will be available exclusively on The Art & Science of Mediumship.
I am also planning to spend more time writing. The more of you have become paying subscribers, the more I’ve been able to focus on thoughtful, well-researched, well-edited writing, so thank you for your support.
I am making one change to The Art & Science of Mediumship. I have decided to open up the comments section to everyone. I want to hear from you. I want to know what you think. I want to be in conversation with you, and to read your stories and insights. So starting NOW, you will be able to comment under every article you are entitled to read (free, or free and paid).
In addition to sharing your thoughts, you can use the comments section to ask me questions, receive a little coaching, or engage me to support you in your mediumship, or in your spiritual journey.
I will be answering the comments section here as a matter of priority, above social media and emails, so please do comment here if you have something to share!
I will also be diversifying the topics I write about, within the scope of mediumship, consciousness, and spiritual philosophies. I will be writing more research-based articles about cutting-edge science that speaks to mediumship, and I will be including stories from readers who have had amazing experiences with spirit. In addition to my usual rambles of course!
The Art & Science of Mediumship is as much your space as it is mine, so if you come across research that you think would make a good article, or you have a story to share, or an idea for a piece, I’d love to hear from you!
I have one request of you, if I may. The success of this publication is largely down to you readers sharing it for me. There is only so much I can do on my own to get the word out, but when you share articles for me, on social media and to your own communities, it makes a huge difference to my reach. So if there’s an article you enjoyed or found useful, please share it. According to my stats, readers loved:
12 Truths the Spirit World Wants you to Know
Unique Evidential Power of Happy Memories
There is a share button at the bottom of every post. This would mean the world to me!
I am so grateful for you. Thank you again for making the first year of The Art & Science of Mediumship so special. Here’s to many more to come!
Now, I’d love to hear from you (all of you!). Which article has been your favourite so far? How could I improve The Art & Science of Mediumship going forward? What would you like to see discussed here?
Please share your thoughts in a comment.
