I love a good vision board.
It begins with the ritual of finding beautiful images that represent your dreams, goals and desires.
You cut them out and stick them to cardboard, or perhaps a cork board. In this day and age, you can also do this digitally, creating your vision board online and having it as your phone or desktop wallpaper.
I personally enjoy the old-school, physical version. I like to display my desires proudly, in a prominent spot where I see them every day.
I’m not sure how vision boards work - but they seem to work for me. My book deal with Hay House, my speaking gigs all over the world, and my philosophy degree each began their life as an image on my vision board before they grew into reality.
It may be that a vision board acts as a compass. Like the computer on an aeroplane, the images constantly and subtly course-correct you towards your destination. Guiding you to make good choices that support the attainment of your goals, and away from choices, beliefs and thought processes that would send you off-track.
You can make a vision board for just about any dream, goal, or desire that’s important to you. You can even use a vision board to clarify your dreams and goals for your mediumship.
Do you dream of giving life-changing platform demonstrations and spiritual talks? Find an image that represents this to you.
Are you committed to giving incredibly accurate and detailed evidence such as names and happy memories on behalf of spirit? What image would signify this for you?
Would you love to give ten 1:1 readings per week with confidence and joy? What does that look like to you?
Remember that your spirit is a part of the great spirit. The desires in your heart are also desires in the heart of God. You have the power of the Universe helping you with them and wishing them for you as you wish them for yourself.
I have not made a new vision board for a while. The last one was before I went to Canada. I think it’s time to renew and refocus on my dreams. It’s an enjoyable task for a Sunday afternoon, with a cup of coffee and the rain pouring down outside. It’s also a fun thing to do with kids. It’s good for their souls to speak of their dreams.
Now, I’d love to hear from you. I’ve opened up the comments to everyone this time.
Do you have a vision board? What’s on there? Tell us about your most cherished dreams and goals.
Ps. Each month I choose a paying subscriber to win a sitting with me valued at £300. May 2022’s winner is:

Hey Lauren, you have just given me one big push with this post. Thank you!!
Hi Lauren, me and my kids recently made vision boards, like you we did it the old fashioned way! Mines is to have a move to my dream home (preferably in Australia), a thriving abundant business and for me and my family to be living our best lives with pure joy, health and happiness xxx
