Although I believe mediumship has helped many people heal from the loss of a loved one, there really is no substitute for experiencing their transcendent presence first-hand.
Belief becomes certainty when you see for yourself.
This meditation originally appeared in my book The Medium in Manolos. I created it to enable you to spend time with your loved ones in spirit.
This meditation is for you if you have someone special in Heaven you’d like to see again. You do not have to be a medium to experience this visualization. The space between worlds is open to us all.
When you complete this visualization, you may be left wondering, ‘did I really meet them, or was it just my imagination?’
Our loved ones in spirit have an amazing ability to give us ‘signs’ that they are with us. During this visualization, I will guide you to ask your loved one meaningful questions, you could use this opportunity to ask them for a specific sign.
In Chapter 19 of Surviving Death, journalist Leslie Kean tells the story of how she went into a meditation and asked her brother in spirit for a sign of his presence. She asked for a red balloon.
She woke up the next morning, pulled back the curtains of her New York city apartment, and found three red balloons tangled in a tree outside.
Try it! Use this meditation to ask your loved one for a sign. They want to show you it’s really they who are with you, and not just your imagination.
Now, I’d love to hear from you. I’ve opened up comments to everyone this time. What did you think of this meditation? Have you ever had a sign from a passed loved one?
